Chemical Peels

A chemical peel is a cosmetic procedure that helps improve the appearance of skin by reducing fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, hyperpigmentation and other imperfections. This non-invasive procedure involves the application of a chemical solution to the skin with the aim of exfoliating and rejuvenating it. The chemical solution causes the outer layer of the skin to peel, revealing a smoother, more even-toned, and younger-looking layer of skin underneath. The heaviest peeling occurs between days 3 – 5. Peeling should be complete by day seven.
