Icon Health Spa LLC Appointment, Discount & Refund Policy

At Icon Health Spa, we are committed to providing a serene, professional experience for every guest. To ensure the best possible service, we kindly ask you to review and respect our policies below.

Discount Policy

  1. All specials and discounts are based on regular individual prices.
  2. One special or discount per person.
  3. One special or discount per treatment.
  4. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
  5. Special or discount is not transferable.
Appointment Policy
  1. Consultations are complimentary and are 30 minutes.
  2. Treatment appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours before treatment appointment.
  3. A $50 fee will be charged to no show appointments or cancellations after our 48 hour requirement.
    1. The $50 fee will be applied towards your next treatment appointment.
  4. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest booking your next session before leaving the spa.

Refund Policy

  1. There are no refunds on services provided.
  2. No Returns on products purchased.
  3. All credits can be applied towards another service within an appropriate time frame.
